1. You can make a payment instantly via PAYPAL. All purchases are in GBP.

A PAYPAL account takes just a few minutes to set up and is a safe and secure way to transfer money via the internet. Every item on this website has a paypal button & item number. Just click on the yellow "add to cart" Paypal button by the item you wish to buy and select the size you require. Follow the onscreen instructions and within seconds you will have made your purchase. You can add any special instructions during the check out process.

2. You can order by post and pay by cheque, postal order or direct transfer.

Simply send us your order, payment and full shipping address to Whitewater Studios, 8A Sea Way, West Sussex, PO22 6JX, UK. Cheques should be made payable to K. Keller, postal orders in GBP only. If you want to pay by direct transfer please contact us by email. On receipt of payment your painting will be hand-painted and sent by courier.

Paintings by nature are personal items and we always want to make yours as personal as we can. PAINTINGS

All paintings are created by hand in quality Acrylic paint on custom-made triple-primed ¼ inch deep box canvas. Colours and images continue around the edges of all paintings for a clean & stylish modern gallery look. Each painting arrives ready to hang from its custom made recycled cardboard box with no need for a frame. Each painting is a unique original and each is signed and numbered by Kludo. All measurements are approximate. If you require a painting of different dimensions or colours to those offered here or for details of painting in oils please contact us.

Please be aware that images & paint colours may appear different from those seen on the website. This is due to a difference in computer screen settings. All paintings are handpainted & customers may expect colours and images to differ slightly from the paintings displayed in our online gallery.
All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately (within 30 days of receipt) of your painting by email or phone if you encounter any problems with your painting.

UK and International Deliveries are by Guaranteed Insured International "door to door" Courier Service.
Damaged works: Please contact us immediately if your painting arrives with any damage. Refunds will not be given automatically and only at the discretion of The Kludoman Surf Co. Any refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If you are sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of sale) by e-mail at info@kludoman.com or by phone on 01243 583 959. Photographic proof of damage will be required.

ANY returned item MUST be returned unused and unmarked in its original packaging with original receipt. The Kludoman Surf Co. & Kludoman.com will not be held responsible for any delays in postal delivery or any paintings lost or damaged in transit. The Carrier will require claims to be made within seven days of receipt of your goods. Kludoman.com will not take responsibility for any item stolen or with any other problems. The customer will be held responsible for all postage fees on any items returned and /or replaced. "Changing your mind" is not a valid excuse for a return or refund.

If you would like a painting of your VW BUS orBUG (or any other vehicle) please e-mail a photo of it as you would like to see it and we'll send some sketches and a quote.

SALES & RETURNS POLICY
Some merchandise purchased from The Kludoman Surf Co. & Kludoman.com may be returned by mail within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

ANY returned item MUST be returned unused and unmarked in its original packaging & with its original receipt. The customer must pay for return shipping on any returned item. The Kludoman Surf Co. & Kludoman.com are not able to guarantee customers their first choice of size or colour garments. Please state a first and second choice of size & colour when ordering T Shirts etc. We reserve the right to send an item we deem to be similar. Where possible we will of course provide you with the exact item you have requested.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by calling 01243 583959 or e-mailing us at info@kludoman.com. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot stop your order from shipping you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both shipping to you and return shipping back to kludoman.com.
